Jamie and Sinclair

I met Jamie right out of college, when I entered the world of finance in San Francisco and she was a recruiter for the new graduates program. We became good friends and stayed in touch after she left the firm. I remember being there when she first showed me a picture of Sinclair that was on his law firm's website. She said he had a cat and his name was Sinclair. I wasn't sold. When I finally met Sinclair, I told he was one of the most down to earth guys I'd ever met and that they made such a good couple. Fast forward a couple of years to the news of their engagement and I took the initiative to shoot their engagement photos. They were smiling the entire time that at times I had to tell then that my camera wasn't even on anymore. I don't think they heard me. This was both my first engagement shoot and one for a good friend, so I was justifiably nervous, but as soon as I turned on my camera and pointed it in their direction, I knew that it'd be smooth sailing from there with the ease they both had towards each other and the camera. To update to present day, Jamie and Sinclair just welcomed their new daughter into the world and I just had the privilege of doing photographing another member of this family.
